When you dream about a better life, how does it look and feel? It’s different from the life you’re living today, isn’t it?

I will help you reach your goals first by hearing your story, how your past is impacting your present, and what you want your ideal life to look and feel like. Then we work on identifying what is within your control to change, not focusing on changing others.

I will help hold you accountable for making incremental change. I will also educate you about the change process - it isn't linear and change is often slow to happen, but we’ll work through it together. Along the way, we will clap and cheer your successes and cry when times remain hard. Bottom line you won’t journey through this alone any longer. I can’t do the work for you, but I can serve as a guide and accountability partner.
